Teachers have the knowledge and they provide the atmosphere, which enhances the student’s desire to learn. Teacher’s shape the minds of our children and provide an education to our future leaders. Classroom management I feel can be based on respect for both teacher and student. I don’t believe yelling at students and belittling a student works effectively as a management plan. That is where respect issues can be of some use. You treat someone (your student) the way you would like to be treated. I don’t like being yelled at and I’m sure that students don’t like it either. I also feel you should have a basic game plan on how your going to manage a classroom but you also need to keep some room open for changes and improvements of that plan.
